I have following profile. Please suggest the MBA programs I will be most suitable to:-

Indian/Male/Age:23
Academics:-
GMAT 740 (Q49 V 40) IR 5 AWA 4.5
Undergrad GPA: 6.95/10 [B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering- Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi (BHU) ]
Work Experience (Total 13 months):-
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited - 6 months (Management Trainee)
IBM - 7months + ongoing (Associate System Engineer)

It's impossible for anyone to recommend MBA programs unless you tell us why you need an MBA, which geography(ies) you're looking at and what you want to do post MBA (short and long term goals).
Please share this information so that we can make relevant recommendations.
Most MBA programs in the US or Europe require you to have at least 2 years of full time work experience. So you may want to consider applying next year. This way, you will also have worked longer and thus, built up more experiences to talk about as well as better clarity on your goals.
