Thanks for sharing your profile and congrats on some strong numbers on the GMAT/GPA side. This area will be an area of strength for you as you fit comfortably in both school's ranges. An issue you will have is that your profile reads as a typical engineer, great academic and individual work performance but are lacking on paper in other key interpersonal areas. The two areas are on lack of clear leadership and the other is lack of substantial extra-curricular. Interpersonal skills are key when trying to make a career transition.
On the leadership side I think you just have to showcase how you have lead without direct authority and it seems like you already have examples of that. On the extra-curricular side that may be difficult as you cannot create substantial experience here out of thin air. This will be a considerable weakness for a school like Kellogg which really likes to see engagement and a track record of involvement. Identifying hobbies and other personal areas of interest may be another area to show you as a diverse candidate with multiple interests outside of work and school. The key here is show yourself as a complete candidate and differentiate yourself from other typical engineers applying.
I think you will be competitive at both schools but as your profile currently reads Booth may have more interest in you than Kellogg.
Good luck!
Dozie, I really appreciate the follow up! You're right about sounding like a typical (stereotypical?) engineer in that profile, I wrote it quick and sounded like a robot

My hope is that I am able to convey how much I enjoy and thrive when working in teams (When expounding on the examples I listed out). One of the traits that I feel has made me successful when working with a wide range of people, from upper management to the lowest hourly person, is my ability to relate to people and know how to change personality (Without being fake) based on the situation.
I will certainly try and emphasize the things I enjoy doing outside of work; Working out, rec league sports, social events, and tie them to being a solid member of the student body.
Thanks again!
