Hello,

My GMAT score is 670 with 49 in Quant and 33 in Verbal.
I cannot retest as I have no time. I need to apply for R2 to start my MBA program in Fall 2015.
I have given other details below. Which schools can I apply to ? Can I apply to the Ivy League - CBS, MIT, Kellogg, Duke ?

GPA : 2.5, but I was the second ranker in the University, the american GPA system is different from Indian GPA system. I scored 75% and so my GPA is 2.5. Am I calculating it correct as 2.5 is pretty low whereas my scores as per Indian GPA system and compared to the ones in my university are pretty pretty good.

Undergraduation :Bachelors in Technology - Computer Science
Work experience : 3 years in Human Resources (Generalist HR, reporting and analytics ), Rated as "Outstanding" all the three years during the appraisal, promoted once, received 1 award and 4 company-level appreciations, diverse experience in the three years, Worked as HR without an MBA ;a few of my projects were closely focused on women empowerment, diversity and sustainability, providing opportunities to physically challenged etc.
Got a bit of community and corporate social responsibility experience.

Hello,

Well, if you want to apply NOW and can't wait, you'll have to compromise with schools.
Probably with your GPA + GMAT Top 15 schools are out for the most part, so I'd suggest concentrating your applications on the 15-30 range.

Nope. Firstly, you cannot straightaway convert a percentage to GPA. 75% is a good percentage, but would depend on the university from where you were awarded the marks. A lot of US schools are aware of differences in the marking systems across Indian universities. That said, schools do tend to place slightly more importance on the GMAT if they are not clear about the scoring system of your university.
