I can't seem to find it on MBA.com. Do I have to call the test center to get my hands on the form? Or scrounge around and try to scan the unofficial score once I get home? Thanks

I'm trying to report it to Columbia. I'm fairly certain they have my official score as I put them down when I initially took the gmat months ago. But it asks for an unofficial score report even after I inputted my Q and V breakdown as well as essay and IR.
