Thanks Janielle!!!
I am planning to apply for Wharton, GSB, Sloan and booth. and I have completed my bachelors degree from English medium.
I did see that some of these schools do not have criteria for TOEFL if I meet the criteria you mentioned earlier but I saw that % of students who didn't take TOEFL and got accepted is much lesser. That's the reason I wanted to take TOEFL, to be on safer side.
Do you think that if I just skip TOEFl, I should have same chance of getting in with a good GMAT score?
and if I need to take it, how many weeks in advance should I take it?

hi kartiki,

If you are exempted from taking TOEFL, then there would be no bearing of it on the outcome of your application.

I hAVE same problem ,
if i take the TOEFL 2 weeks before deadlines will be so late ?
