I'm not in a place where I can look it up for you right now, but I would research the admits by round for HEC. It was an article on poets & quants.
I do believe the HEC accepts the same percentage of admits from each round, I don't remember where I read that but I am quite sure that's what the case is.
One thing to think about is strategy. If you got admitted to HTC, would you be satisfied with that or want to wait and see what the results are from other schools? That's important to think about.

if you have the time to wait, unless you're like really old or something I think it would be beneficial to you to do that. You're just being a better standing if you apply to other schools too that way you can compare and look at various scholarship offers as opposed to taking whatever HEC might or might not give you.
