Do all colleges have MBA personal interviews? I've heard that for e.g. In Columbia some will be invited for personal interview and others may not be invited but selection isn't based on the invitation to interview. People from both groups are reviewed and then selected. I'm sorry if this knowledge is wrong .

Almost any top school (including those that waive off interviews after saying that it doesn't affect the decision, such as Kellogg), will not accept you without an interview. Acceptance without an interview may be possible, but the odds are extremely low for someone to make it through that route.

Columbia too seems to be saying that they either invite to interview or issue a deny decision in six weeks on this link: https://www8.gsb.columbia.edu/programs/m ... ew-process
