Hey Guys, I took the GMAT today and scored . GMAT 560 Q37 V30 IR 5
During the quant section, I just blanked out at even a simple question! I spent more than 3 minutes during the test, but on my walk back to the parking, didn't take more than 30 seconds to solve it.
Unfortunately, I found myself in that situation a couple of times during the test. I am extremely disappointed by the score!
That said, I am applying to some schools for Fall 2017 (I know it is very late and only some schools will even accept the application).
Q1: Should I even bother applying?
My GPA for undergrad was 1.5 (converted from 61% in India).
- After my undergrad in engineering, I worked about 3.5 years in variety of roles Business Development, Operations, Project Analysis, Product Management experience at start-ups
- I took some business classes and excelled in those
- I have been volunteering with two organizations for a while
Q2: How realistic is it to actually offset low scores in my essays?
