Totally not worried about this. Especially the internship! I would normally advise anyone with a few years of FT work experience to leave off internships. B-schools care more about your FT experience!
Good luck!

I had a recommendation sent to the dean of Kellogg from a very respected banker. He asked the dean to look out for me in the admissions process. In the email he sent to the dean my resume was included. It included 2 positions I've held since graduation where I was only employed 4-5 months in each and one was a graduate internship. In my application to kellogg I left those jobs out because I didn't think a graduate internship or a 4 month position needed to be included nor would it look good to bounce from job to job. I'm worried the dean will forward the resume to admissions, then admissions will look at the forwarded resume and see it has two jobs that aren't on my application. Should I leave it be or should I contact admissions to update those two positions to my application?

Hi tensecondtom,

We would recommend that you let it be for now. Considering these were not full-time positions, you could always explain why the information was excluded in your application, of course, only if the Committee points out the discrepancy and asks for an explanation.

All the best!
