Hello to the lovely community of GMAT Club!

i have a problem i hope you can help me with/

Im a 26 yrs old male with 3.00 GPA and a 730 GMAT.
I passed my undergraduate degree in 2 universities,in my country u have to pass 140 units to graduate as a bachelor student in engineering.
I've passed 60 of my units in one university for 3 years and others in another one which took me 4 years and overally it has took me over 7 years to finish my undergraduate, i did it because not only i was working as the manager in our family's trading company but also i was trying to dodge military service by prolonging my education as long as possible.(if i finished it any sooner i had to go serve in military right away and thus i couldnt have any work experience prior to MBA)

FIRST,I want to know whats the best way to explain this MESS to the admission committee.whats your suggestion?
and SECOND want to know if i have to provide transcripts from both universities to be eligible for application or not?(considering that all my units including the ones from my first university are included in my final transcript,which i receive from 2nd university)

Guys i appreciate your help its crucial for me to know what to do thanks/

Hello, kasper2731. To address your concerns directly, I would not shy away from disclosing the reason for a prolonged enrollment period in undergrad. In fact, I think your anti-military sentiments could lead to an interesting essay or supplement to your application. Since you were working during that time, I see that as a plus: more work experience. As for the transcripts, yes, you will likely need official transcripts from all schools attended. I, too, transferred as an undergrad, and despite the fact that all my courses from university A were listed as transfer credits into university B on my second transcript, I still had to send both official transcripts to any graduate programs to which I applied. I hope your schools do not charge a lot for those transcripts.

Congratulations on a fine GMAT™ score. Your GPA is okay, nothing that stands out in any way, but considering that applications at the graduate level are often considered holistically, I think your overall application package looks fine. Give it a shot, and let us know how it goes. If you have any questions in the meantime, you know where to ask.
