Hi,
Currently going through the applications and ran into some issues. Would appreciate if someone chimed in:
1. Because of the pandemic, my most recent employment ended Febuary 2020. Likewise, since then, I've been unemployed simply because of the pandemic times. Should I leave this gap on my resume, or should I fill it up to the present. I can list involvement in a family business employment for example to fill gap.
2. I worked in a vendor/client situation. I was employed by the vendor, but was on-site with the client, and worked with the client's employees. My recommender was a part of this as well, and I'm not sure whether she will write under the vendor or client's name. What should I write as company name? I'd hope to write it as the client, because it's reputable Morgan Stanley, but not sure if that will pass.
