EugeneSal:
By virtue of having a GMAT waiver this year, it is clear that the GMAT is not as important of a consideration this year as it has been in the past. Because submitting scores is voluntary right now, you can expect the average to shoot right up as no one with a low score would stand to benefit from disclosing their test performance.
Since you have such a stellar score, you should apply anywhere you want to go (assuming you meet the other criteria) and should obviously submit the score. Bear in mind, the GMAT is not going to ever get you into a school, but it can eliminate you. The admissions committee will see your GMAT score and recognize you can likely handle the rigors of their academic program. Then, they will move onto the other components of your application, which are more likely to have an impact in deciding whether you are deserving of a seat in their class.
Congrats on the great score. Now get to writing those essays!
