Hey there. While some consider anything below 3.5 a "low" GPA for an MBA, I feel things have been changing and there has been more focus on professional accomplishments and career trajectory.
For example, for the Top 10 MBA programs:
41 records for the Top 10 with GPA between 3.1 and 3.25

https://gmatclub.com/forum/decision-tra ... &status=10121 records for the Top 10 with GPA between 3.6 and 3.75
https://gmatclub.com/forum/decision-tra ... &status=10I would suggest focusing on your career and focusing on your performance vs. your peers. You won't be judged against a European Ibanker for example or someone who comes from a rural Africa background but against people of your background who had the same resources, so the question is - how much initiative did you take and what have you been able to make use of?
Career trajectory and movement are important for the bschool application. Sometimes it is harder to demonstrate in bigger firms but big firms have the advantage of having a reputation and schools know that a Manager, Director, VP at a certain firm have a meaning vs. a small one that may give Directors to everyone.
One thing I would caution is to make sure you can get a decent LOR and that your recommender would actually have a chance to get to know you so in case you are planning to move, do not burn any bridges as you may have to come back go get a recommendation.
