No school requires you to submit a LOR from a current boss, though some will encourage it.

The admissions committees are aware that not everyone is in a position to inform their current employer about their intentions of earning an MBA, especially if that means having to leave their current role without any guarantee of returning. It is always preferred if you can get a present supervisor to write a letter, but if not, there are many alternatives such as a former supervisor, extracurricular activity mentor, etc. You have plenty of options. Just make sure you pick people who know you well and who you trust.
