Hi,
My GMAT score is 660 and I think the rest of my application will be strong.
I am looking for a good scholarship as I want to return to India after my studies.
Do you think I should give a shot at LBS/Oxford/Imperial? Would they even have a scholarship for the last rounds of application now? Will appreciate any guidance.
I am targeting 1 Year - Full-time MBA. Any 1 top university which you think suits my requirements and I should try?
Regards,
Avinash
Hello
Avinashkr29,
Thank you for your post. Frankly, a 660 is slightly on the lower side for London Business School. While the program accepts a range of scores, their average score for the class of 2021 was 701.
I suggest working to get into the high 600s/break 700 to make yourself a more competitive applicant. As for Oxford, the median GMAT is 680. At Imperial, they simply say that you need an overall score of at least 600 – although a stronger score will add more weight to your application.
My advice for you would be to take another stab at the GMAT and expand your school list.
