Hi,
After speaking to quite a few admission consultants, I came across 2 profiles: Reputed Consultants, and Non-Reputed Consultants.
What happened here is that I connected well with the NON-REPUTED Consultants, but not so much with the REPUTED ONES.
So, what should be the best decision forward?
1) Should I go with the ones who are NOT REPUTED but connected well in understanding my profile, giving me hopes that I have great things to show the adcomms? They really dont have much of a background since they have been in the market only for 2-3 years. And yes, they did their MBAs from T10, and gave time to really understand my profile.
2) Or should I go with the REPUTED ONES who have got stellar reviews across platforms, great background and credibility but could not really articulate the good things in my profile and could not connect well at a personal level? They did not really give that amount of time to understand my profile as compared to the Not Reputed ones. But when talking to people, they say close your eyes and go with the Reputed Ones since they have some credibility and proof. And then I think even these credible consultants (as they are known today) started out as beginners.
This seems confusing to me, and I dont want to spend $$$$ and get nothing out of it in the end.
Need your suggestions.
