Need advise

Question

Ok Guys, all in a sudden, after 11 years of working at the age of 39, I feel I need to get an MBA and hopefully from one of the top 10s. My background:

MS in computer engineering from an average state school in Michigan.
BS in Electrical engineering from overseas.

I have been working for the last 10 years in a software industry and for the last 5 years as a self employed individual.

My MS GPA is over 3.7 and BS I can't recall but it was not bad. Other than owning my own business, where I'm the ONLY employee, I have pretty much never worked in a management role. 

Now, a profile like mine stands a chance in one of the top ten MBA school and since I'm starting a process now is it too late for 2007?

Please share your thoughts.

sure it does, you just need to justify what significant difference an MBA will make in your career.
