Hi,
This is for a friend who is a general category male mechanical engineer, who has scored 630 in GMAT. He has an experience of more than 6 years.
He has worked with an edu-tech as sales manager for 1 year,. He then joined his family business- textile manufacturing firm for 3 years. He rejoined as the sales manager at Edu-tech and worked there for 10 months. Post that he joined a lifestyle app company and worked as ad-sales manager for 10 month. Due to COVID he switched to a IT solutions firm, and is working as business head.
Just want to know what are the chances of him converting any Indian MBA college based on the above GMAT score. He wants to join a full-time MBA program. I just want to have a wild guess on what all colleges can accept his profile given the cut-off.

Well... I have no idea bout Indian MBA programs.
But your friend can just go and find the MBA programs that have that average for the GMAT score (more less). Should probably take more responsibility for their life and goals
As to their profile, I think it is showing growth, trajectory, and improvement, which is good (which is what I hope the Indian MBA programs also look for like their western counterparts)

Hi, so this post was made post researching for the colleges that accept GMAT in India. The research was done by both my friend and me. So wouldn't really say that he is not making efforts. I am just trying to help him here.
Anyway, regarding the Indian MBA colleges, most do not give information on GMAT score cut off, unlike CAT. Majority of Indian applicants apply through CAT and other such exams (NMAT and SNAP). Hence on the internet there is also not much information available. Which is why trying to understand what colleges could accept this score in India for a full time MBA program.
