Your friend is NOT going to the Full Time programs at any of those programs. It is a career stage mismatch. They will be referred to the EMBA program instead with that much of work experience. 10 years is the dividing line usually between full time and EMBA.
On the positive side, quite often executive MBA programs do offer a waiver for standardized testing to the more experienced and accomplished candidates. You would need to contact the admissions for waiver. They’re usually very friendly and it’s a very different application process. One reason is that EMBA is the for profit arm of Universities. It is a lot less competitive.
