GMAT 2: 770 Q50 V44
GPA: 3.6
I got overall 760 in GMAT™ with Q51 & V41 , IR 7 but AWA 3 . Does this pose a threat to admissions in ISB, IIM A,B or C for 1 yr MBA?? I'm considering reevaluating of AWA /retake of GMAT™.
I m a PMP® certified project manager with 7+ years of work ex in leading construction firm in India. I've a decent career graph with 3 promotions in 7+ yrs.
My acads r as follows:

Congratulations on achieving a 99th-percentile total score, VEGETASAN. I hope you may take the time to write a debrief, since the community benefits from reading what other successful members have done to prepare for the exam. To address your question, I would not sit for the exam again in hopes of raising the AWA score. The strong IR score kind of cancels out the middling AWA score, and a 3 is not exactly terrible. It just shows that you could have been fatigued (if you saved IR and AWA for last) or that you placed more emphasis on the total score during your studies. I seriously doubt that if the rest of your application package is in order, you will be denied admission based on one not-so-important score. (I have never heard of such an occurrence, at least. Most schools do not even report AWA/IR data.)
Good luck with your applications. I would put the GMAT™ behind me.

Very unlikely it will matter. The AWA score is tertiary in the pecking order. First it's overall score, then it's the individual scores, and then the AWA/IR. The last bucket is basically something that is part of the holistic evaluation but in the end is not a dealbreaker at level 3.
If you're planning to retake the exam to improve your AWA (which you shouldn't), make sure you write really solid essays and interview well and the AWA won't really carry much weight.
