To make the essay really impressive, you want to layer on a theme of some sorts that captures your unique "brand" that will tie the entire narrative together and help separate you from the pack.

First tip -
Go through the school website-
What they expect you to write ✍️
2nd Tip-
Check some youtube videos
3rd tip -
Write initiàl draft of whatever you feel like writing.
Your upbringing
Your education
Your career
Your achievements
Your strengths and weakness
Your failures - what you learnt from these
What is that you need to progress in career
Think about the school pedagogy, culture , talk to alums and write 3-4 page draft write up.
Above are for your self reflection and finally think why an mba is important for your life and further progress.
4th tip -
After writing this draft ans - get it reviewed by your friends and family and ask them what they feel about it
Get it edited , check with alums if they are ok for feedback review
After that re edit and make it as per the school instructions (word limit and as per their expectations)
Once done ....make sure you like it.
Be authentic and be yourself.
Be your self critic
Think from the reviewers perspective and then again edit.
All set..

School research is an imp part, think why this is the best school for your education and why they should offer you admit
What you can contribute
What is it that you lack and the school will provide
What other things other than school curriculum you would like to utilise (maybe the location, your own venture something or your stories will be a great resource of motivation for the cohort)
Sell yourself , sell your characteristics, sell sell sell.
