Alum interview, at his office, 1hr long
The mood of the interview was very formal. He followed the instructions very closely.
Started with standard questions:
Talk about career path to this point.
Why 1)MBA 2) goals/carer path 3) why Chicago
Asked for more detail about why Chicago he was really digging for specifics here.
Then asked me his behavioral questions.
Describe a time when you were challenged ethically.
Asked what my definintion of the term Leader was. Then followed up with when was a time when I lived up to my definition.
I am a Marine infantry officer, so the next 5 or so, questions were dealing with my two deployments to Iraq and our nations policy on Iraq. This was hard to navigate maintaining political neutrality.
Finished up by asking my gmat score then let me ask questions.
I left feeling good, but not great. Wondering how it went????
