My recommendeers are not able to open the link, they had received the links 1 week ago and the deadlines are in a week.
What should I do?

Contact the AdCom of the school/program and let them know. They might be able to reset the link or provide an alternative way for your recommenders to submit their materials. Try today but Monday might be the earliest you can get this sorted out.
In the interim, have your recommenders have their materials ready offline. This way, once the link or the new means are up and running, they can upload their responses right away.
I am sure this happens all the time, so no need to panick. The other thing to note (and I would not count on this) is that many schools sometimes give a 24-48 hour grace period after the deadline for recommendation letters since it's not always the applicant's fault. Make the AdCom aware so you won't be penalized!

Contact the school or try to resend the link from your online application. Sometimes recommenders need to enter username and password to get access to the system, these details can appear in the email they received.
