the GPA is a small problem. the gap might be a big one, so explain that to the school. apart from that -> your GMAT+ application will determine if you get accepted or not

Hi, I have a non traditional profile: work experience of 11years (non progressive), 2 years entrepreneurship, 2.5 years managerial. Dentist by education. GPA 3.2, GMAT 730. I am considering full time MBA as I want to pivot into a new industry. Also, age 37.. How will my profile be viewed?

on the one side your age is ~10 y higher than the average, on the other, you can say you studied for 10 years and you have less than 10y business experience I think you have an interesting profile! and with some amazing apps you can get into schools... The GMAT is just one factor. but, if the other factors are not good (due to GPA, Gap, coming from an over-represented background etc.) you will need to score an above-average GMAT score... Raiychu hi, Sounds like you have a FANTASTIC profile! I need to see your CV and school wish list, but your GPA is high, GMAT is high, WE sounds interesting and if you have managerial and international experience and some volunteering, you can probably get into any school if you write strong apps, For a detailed profile review, please send me your CV, GMAT score, school wish list and any other info to Shimriw@ARINGO.com

I think my stats are not too shabby, but I’m having a hard time evaluating the strengths of my profile as (1) my WE is not traditional nor "fancy", (2) I have weak ECs (minor club experiences in Uni, no community work), though I have run (and participated in) several Hackathons through work, and (3) I’m ethnically Chinese so the competition is naturally higher. I’m considering top 25 schools (Owen/McCombs/Goizueta)

Hi, you profile sounds good, but there are so many other factors except GMAT... origin, gender, experience, manangement, extra curriculers, story etc. so just the GMAT is not enough to think of

nevertheless, aim for a 700++
