For US schools, you are a bit on the older side and your GMAT score is below the "magic" 700 number, especially for someone coming from your competitive demographic. That does limit your options somewhat, but there are many great programs within your reach. I would take a look at:
Emory (Goizueta)
University of North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler)
Carnegie Mellon (Tepper)
Georgetown (McDonough)
Rice (Jones)
Georgia Tech (Scheller)
If you retake the GMAT and can add at least 20-30 points, that should open up the list considerably.
