Hi! I would love some feedback on my current profile and advice on any areas where I need improvement.
Indian//Male//Engineer
University: Top 10 University in the country
CGPA: 8.8/10 (3.9+/4, according to WES)
GRE: 326 (167Q, 159V)
WE:
1. Business Analyst Intern in an US-India based Procurement Consulting Startup
2. Summer Intern in one of the largest e-commerce website in the country.
3. Upcoming intern (Jan 2023) in either Bain or Big-4
Academic Project: Research Project under my professor based on microfinance and poverty alleviation.
Social Work:
Leadership roles in an NGO, with high-impact projects to raise funds for COVID and Education for Rural Children.
Held multiple workshops, organized many national funding campaigns played pivotal role in all of them.
ECs:
1. Award by the chancellor for exemplary all-round achievements in International competitions (Top 0.5%).
2. Vice President in one of the largest clubs in the university, did multiple huge events, multiple awards as well.
3. Awards across 25+ international public speaking competitions, ranked the best in country few times.
4. Editor in university's largest student-led editorial, achieved impressive growth in readership/viewership.

You might have a shot at some of the schools on your target list, potentially Haas, Darden, and Stern. To be honest, I think you will make a stronger candidate for admission via the regular decision process. These deferred MBA programs accept very few people and they tend to target those with unusual backgrounds. Your background, while strong, skew more towards the norm than the exception. Again, that doesn't mean you can't potentially get into any of these schools, but we believe you will stand a much better chance after you have gained a few years of full-time work experience and continue to find ways to diversify your profile.

First, I would like to say you have amazing ECAs and a good score of 326 on your GRE. Moreover, you have a good overall GPA, and it seems you were quite an active participant in your college days. Also, I would suggest adding more about your overall statistics and giving you brief information about any additional courses and certifications and you are good on the academic front.
Now about your Work experience, I would suggest you add the duration of your internships and highlight your roles & responsibilities, any critical projects, and international experience and back them up with opportunities of leadership and excellence in the field. Moreover, adding a brand name like Bain or the big four will definitely add additional value to your profile. Coming to your ECAs, just amazing! I see a lot of potential spread across diverse fields. From working in NGO to winning international accolades, your ECAs can be your biggest asset if you just add a bit more about the challenges faced, initiatives taken, some stellar leadership examples, new skills developed, and a bit about the overall experience. Additionally, I would suggest adding a relevant post-MBA goal and defining both short- and long-term goals! You may want to read an article on how to frame practical post-mba goals essays, you will get some insights!
Overall, your profile is decent with strong ECAs. However, I am a bit confused about the years of work experience you have and about your roles & responsibilities. All the B-schools listed by you are top Schools with a rigorous process. Hence, prioritizing stellar leadership examples and connecting the dots between school values and your profile is important! Also, we would like to know about your post-mba goals to suggest schools for you.
