Hello, I took the GMAT yesterday after preparing for a month and a half, and got 650 ( 33V,47Q) . I'm studying fully self thought and got my test payed by the program I want to apply to.
I am not 100% satisfied because I had managed to get up to 44 in verbal in official mock tests, so I have achieved up to 730 in mocks.
I would like to apply to CEMS MiM at Stockholm University and was wondering whether this will be enough.
If not, I believe I can improve my score by at least 30 points in a second attempt.
What should I do?

I would suggest you practice Verbal Questions using Forum Quiz. This assist you to improve accuracy level in a graduated manner depending on level of questions. All the Best.

Is it enough?
Yes it is
That said, the GMAT score is just one of the many factors they assess.
If all you want is an admission without scholarships, you may want to apply with the score. If I were you I would improve my score and take help for building a solid application both my chances at admission, and scholarships (post-grad, the scholarships will continue helping you because employers prefer those with scholarships
