I know you posted on our thread as well, but I'll respond here too. You really can't hide your degree/GPA even though it's a weakness in your profile.
You will have to go through a background check if you are accepted and a big part of that is verifying your educational credentials. The last thing you want is to not include information and have it discovered later on. That could very likely result in having your offer rescinded.
Your best approach is to improve your profile (as we noted in the other reply) and note the reasons for your below average GPA in the optional essay. Being transparent is your best bet.

It is a bad idea to try and hide or omit anything from your background. It would be uncovered in your background check anyway, and then you could risk losing your admission. Address it in the Additional Information field honestly and make sure you've given enough "proof" in the rest of your application for them to know that you can handle their program academically now.
