Please suggest Canadian bschools in which I can apply as I am desperately looking for admissions in September 23 intake. My profile is as follow:
BTech mechanical engineering 7.4 cgpa
Work experience : 6 years ( 3 years Amazon + 3 years Family business -IT & telecom consultation)
GMAT : 540

This isn't a ton of information to go on, but it reads like you have good experience. If you can share more about ethnicity, geography, extracurricular activities, noteworthy life experiences, etc. that would be helpful. Look at some of the other posts on GMATClub.com for examples.
While Canadian business schools are known for having lower on-average GMAT score averages, yours is definitely on the lower side.

To start with, your score is on the lower end, you would need to compensate for your score and GPA with an extensive profile. You have a good 6 years of work experience, I am assuming this should bring examples of leadership and impact. Try highlighting your major accomplishments during your work tenure and also align your goals with the value of the school you are targeting. With 540 GMAT you can target some universities in Canada like, University of Manitoba, University of Alberta, Dalhousie University and Brock University.
