What the hell is e-signature? Should I just type in "John Doe", or there is some other obscure meaning? Thanks!

<rant>Overall, Tepper's form is VERY lame. NOTHING is explained anywhere, and they are as demanding as if they were super-Harvard.</rant>

hey braindancer. im contemplating applying to Tepper. Im a bit hesitant though due to its rep as a largely quant focused program. What has been your impression?

Well yeah, they stress it in the chat sessions. Focus on technology and operations management implies that as well. I'm an IT guy with a major in physics, so quant is not a problem for me :)

Hey, just type your name and submit the form!! Dunno why so much fuss :-D

Well Tepper is overly hyped to be a quant program coz of the strength of its parent school CMU in engineering but i think it has very good reputation in the other courses also. Try contacting a current student ( its very easy through the Tepper community link in the website) and get some idea on your area of interest at Tepper.
