prude, I think the specialization should closely match your intended post MBA job. So the resources are pretty much the same as for deicing on jobs (Vault, Wetfeet, etc.).

I agree the question what is my specialization = what is my intended post MBA job but i was thinking there would be more discussion on the methods used to make such a decision
