Developing story. Fair to expect they'll reach at some settlement in 72 hours? I read that a judge has issued an injunction, so some relief for the current students considering that the judiciary in the US has powers to put a stay on this.

I think so. I think Trump administration always goes insane and then backs down. But honestly this is more insane that I could imagine. Granted, it’s only impacting Harvard because of the fight the current administration picked with the university and the university mismanaging some of the inclusion and discrimination policies.

It is nerve racking / shocking as an international student who is studying in the States this fall (not Harvard). Will this have flow on effects to the other universities?

It’s definitely crazy.

I don’t think there’s an expectation of other universities being affected because it’ll be a huge impact on their stability and revenue (due to undergrad not MBA) so I would expect most of the effects to be temporary and only limited to Harvard.

I have not heard about it but I am thinking of inviting an Immigration Attorney to the MBA Spotlight Fair to a panel/session about "Trump Effect" on the overall process (OPT, H1B, etc)
