Emphasize leadership in deals, clarity on why MBA now, and long-term vision in investing or fund leadership. Overall, you have a competitive profile. Solid tech profile with consistent client exposure and international experience. Academics are decent. For ISB, 675 GMAT would be competitive. R1 or R2 - Both are fine in terms of chances of getting an admit. You should apply when you think you have strongest application ready. You should target atleast a 675 score. A score of 685/695 would be helpful in offsetting the low CGPA 322 is below average for top schools. I would encourage you to improve your Verbal score to imporve your overall score. Well-rounded profile with solid academic record and tech + banking (TCS, SBI) work ex on the surface. It would be difficult to discuss more about your work ex without more information about your roles. A 675 GMAT would be competitive for ISB.
Focus on articulating your goals and career transition plan clearly - make sure your goals are specific and well-defined. Connect your past experiences to your future goals, highlight the specific skills or exposure you’re seeking and explain how the MBA will help you gain these to achieve your goals.
R1 or R2 - Both are fine in terms of chances of getting an admit. You should apply when you think you have strongest application ready.
