Thanks for sharing such a detailed profile. Overall, you’re in a solid position for MSc/MiM programs, especially given your age and early-stage experience.
Your academics are respectable, particularly being in the top 10% of your batch in a finance-focused program. While a 74.5% isn’t “eye-popping” on paper, ad coms know grading standards are fairly rigorous in India (if you went to a well-known university, that will also provide context to show your academic readiness).
What stands out most in your profile is actually your initiative. Building and running a Shopify business, experimenting with SEO, and seeing it through even when it didn’t work is exactly the kind of real-world learning you can build on to show who you are (unique values, passions, perspective, etc) and what you can do (transferable skills like leadership, teamwork, innovation, etc).
Your internships and extracurriculars are fine for someone without full-time experience. The key will be properly framing them around responsibility, impact, and your development, rather than just listing roles.
In terms of targets:
For Singapore, NUS, NTU, and SMU are competitive, but realistic if your essays and recommendations are strong.
For Australia, your list is well aligned with your profile. You should be an excellent applicant at most of those schools.
For Europe, Bocconi, ESCP, and ESSEC are more selective, so they will be slight reaches, but still possible with strong positioning.
One thing I would strongly suggest, considering you're a young and fairly inexperienced candidate, is to change your plans and take the GMAT or GRE. A solid test score can really strengthen your profile and remove potential doubts, particularly with the top European programs you're targeting.
Big picture: you have a good foundation. You’re not behind. Your biggest opportunity is in how you package your story. If you can clearly connect your academics, your e-commerce experience, and your consulting/entrepreneurship goals into one coherent narrative, you’ll be very competitive.
