Good GMAT. Congrats!
I think you should wait for atleast 2 or 3 years more before applying. As you may have heard, the Indian IT applicant pool is highly competitive and if you want to enroll in the top MBA programs, you will need to build solid extra-curricular and leadership experiences. I think it is safe to assume that with just 14 months at infy, you may not have concrete leadership stories to narrate.
Having said that, you are in a terrific position. You have a great opportunity to build a soild profile by picking up tips from this forum. I suggest that you also seek advice on what you need to do in the next few years on the "Ask Accepted" and "Ask Hjort" forums. Feel free to PM if you need any help planning your strategy.
To start with, seek new opportunities at work, try to break away from techie-type work and into business development, business consulting work. Identify opportunities to lead, be it starting a new club in office, joining toastmasters or plain and simple volunteering for company events at industry exhibitions. Others will probably provide you more suggestions.
You also appear to not have concrete career goals. Give some time for your goals and aspirations to mature.
If you plan and execute well, then after a couple of years, the sky(Top 10 schools) is the limit.
