Hey excel this sounds like the Australian/NZ gmat scale ? Where is this from ?

excelgmat
Just wondering what does a GPA of 4.2 /B- on a 9 point scale mean. How significant is it?
How difficult is it to score this GPA? What percentile of the class does that mean ?
I have a concern as in my country we don't get GPA but are given scoring as percentages.

Please reply as it is urgent?

this scale is used in a university in canada. This is the grading system followed in this university.
