You have 1 rec from the current job and 1 from the 2nd job already. I'd choose another person from your current job in that case. They are currently working with you so they will easily be able to write about your achievements. Also I'm assuming you have a higher position in your second job as compared to your first, this would mean that perhaps you have "bigger" examples of your achievements in job 2.

I like the suggestion however I can't do that. The only person at my 2nd job that knows I'm applying to school is my current manager and he's keeping it quiet from others as it wouldn't go over too well. The nice thing though is that my first company is a Fortune 500 while my current company is much smaller if that helps at all.

Unfortunately I can't do that. My job would be in jeopardy if anyone else but my current manager knew I was planning to leave.
