Let's be honest here. Identifying any areas of weakness in a application is a dumb move. Sure, I could find areas to work on...we all could. The question here is what are good areas to explore for potential weaknesses that are prime for positive spin.

Well wouldn't that be a better question, how can I spin my weakness? Probably be helpful if you gave us a list of your weaknesses and we'll spin it for you. I mean there is no point for us guessing your weakness.

Hi

I am reading Paul Bodine's book now and I think it is truly excellent. One thing he mentions. Avoid putting in a weakness that is really a camouflaged strength - he mentions that in the 60s or 70s this may have been a good ploy, but no longer. What you want to do instead is identify a genuine weakness that you have had a problem with in the past and have worked on subsequently to show that you are making an effort to fix it.

I concur with GoBruins, my weakness can be your strength and vice-versa.
