What's up w/ this question guys?!!!!
The NYU Stern community is one of our strongest assets. Please answer the following questions about community:
(a) What is your personal experience with the Stern community? What actions have you taken to learn more about us?
(b) What is the most difficult piece of constructive feedback you have received, and what did you do as a result of it? How will this experience make you a better member of the Stern community?
I'm not as concerned about connecting a & b as I am about answering the first half of b! Constructive criticism??! Not many (significant) examples come to mind.... what kind of stuff are you guys pulling on??

What did your dad say about you when you were growing up? What did your coach say to you to motivate you? What did your friends say about when you did something wrong or did something that could have been done better?

The essay topic is the same as Tuck's essay #3. Just like mlchang616 said, think back to a time when someone provided you feedback on your performance.
For example:
- your boss says you need to become better at doing X
- you realize that you suck at doing X because your <insert skill> is weak
- you did XYZ in order to improve <insert skill>
- you applied your new skill and succeed
- this experience will apply to getting your MBA at NYU
