a. Do you find the information on gmat club reliable? Do you find the community supportive?
The information is pretty much reliable. One of the few forums which is professionally managed and its the blend of new and old users which is keeping the forum alive and running..!!
All the members in this forum are helpful enough and it is nice to see everyone chipping in with many posts in a day.

b. What are your top three sources of information on gmat and MBA? What can gmat club do to be #1 amongst those top 3?
My top three sources are gmatclub, beatthegmat and pagalguy.com. I would rank gmatclub at first position. Its already the best for me so no comments here.

c. How should we do a better job with marketing? " I wish I had found gmat club sooner " is a fairly common refrain.
I think the primary source of information is google for many users (including me

). The string which I assume many will put in google will be "GMAT" / "GMAT Forums". The following are the results:
GMAT: gmatclub.com is not listed in the first two pages of the search and rarely anyone will go beyond that point as there is hell lot of information in the first page itself.
GMAT Forums: It is listed in the first page somewhere in the 5th-6th position which is pretty good.
I know that it is tough/costly to achieve this but who said good things in life are easy ??
One more thing about the forums is that it is generally driven by the people / members and the owners should not worry as long as the content is good enough. If I like the forums, I would definitely market it for free to 10-15 of my friends / colleagues.

d. Technology and Usability - How is your browsing experience at gmat club? What can we do to improve it?
As far as technology is concerned, I would like to suggest that sometimes I have seen downtime in the website. I am only 2 weeks old in this forum but I have seen it 2-3 times. It is only during the keyword search which has got me into this problem. It might be just a coincidence but I wanted to bring it to your notice. If we can improve on this, it would be the best thing. Nothing better than this.
Usability is not an issue as everything is there at the home page only. Forums, resources, reviews, etc are easy to locate.
One suggestion related to resources:
We have several users posting notes/flashcards, etc like spidey's SC notes, Sahil's grammar notes. It would be really nice if we can arrange it all in one forum which can be named as "Knowledge Base" or anything.
My idea is that user should be able to download all the attachments posted till now from one post/sub forum only without clicking on each hyperlink.
I don't know if it is feasible or not, posting it as it just came to my mind while browsing through this forum a few days back.

What is broken? What features would like to see?
Who gave kudos to whom.

I know this has been discussed earlier, but posting it again as it seems to be a consolidated post with all the suggestion/improvement ideas from all the users.
