Hi everyone!
It's great to see people with similar goal and interest out there! I'm also aiming at HEC Paris September 2010 and started to cobble together my essays. I just wonder if anyone could advise me on how to interpret the "leadership and ethics" topic?
I don't have experiences in a "big leader position" (General Manager, VP, CEO whatsoever), so this one feels tough for me, if I am supposed to write an essay based on my personal experience as a leader. I do however have an ample work experience and can find some good examples where leadership and ethics were present together. I think I can write about my experience at one of these times, but my perspective will be from an observer's/employee's viewpoint rather than a leader's.
I'm just wondering how you guys have interpreted the question setup? Do you think I need to stick to an example where I myself was in a leadership position?
