Describe a professional failure and what were the lessons learned? (One of Essay topics of CEIBS)
Can anyone please help me understand what is required to write by this essay topic?

Hi yuskay,
It means, you need to describe a situation in your professional life where you failed to achieve a target. For example, failing to meet a project deadline, unable to reach a specific revenue target, failing to convince your boss that an investment should be made etc etc.
As a general rule, you should not be talking about a failure that shows an extreme flaw in your personality. For example, never say that you like to sleep two hours a day at work and it caused you to miss a deadline.
