Wharton's Entrepreneurial Management program is the second most popular in the school behind its finance major. The school really churns out the best business minds I have ever met - if you have entrepreneurial ambitions when you go in, the school's spirit will catch on you like Kerosine on fire. Stanford is first in the country by name tied in to Entrepreneurship because of its association with the Silicon Valley and VC / cross discipline connections, but Wharton, in my opinion, has even stronger academics and with its team culture similar to Stanford, I'd put it a very second close to the big S in entrepreneurship - definitely best on the east-coast.
