That's a very valid point. The only reason I might consider Foster is if I decide to move to Seattle. Otherwise I will only apply to schools in Toronto and close by like
Rottman, Queen's and such. But If I know that Foster is not nearly as good a school as Rottman, then I might reconsider applying there.

I would reckon that Rotman may have more resonance since UofT is better known worldwide than UWash but having said that it entirely depends where you end up working. I doubt you would get much traction with Rotman in Seattle and certainly you will get no traction with Foster in Toronto.

If you intend to stay local - dont look beyond Ivey, Rotman, Schulich. Quite frankly I wouldnt even include Queens in the reckoning.
