I found a good template for that somewhere in the interview guide posts:

"I did A, that lead to B, and now I want to get an MBA to do C" (give them the most important information first, so if you choose to elaborate, they don't feel you are scattered). If they want more you can continue with
"I am good at A because of D, E, and F which I am very passionate about. I believe I can contribute with J and K to the program. " etc.


Practice that 3 minute speech in front of a mirror / camera / cell phone recorder etc 3-4 times and you will be able to lay it out in no time tomorrow. If you are bored - come up with examples for each letter in case they want you to go deeper into any one of those. Practice makes perfect.
