I say try using the regular sites like hotjobs, monster, careerbuilder, linkedIn, doostang, et al., and do a filter for IT stuff. I don't know of any reputable sites that cater to only IT stuff. You may find sites like tech-centric.net but i don't know how credible they are.

Try this: https://information-technology.careerbuilder.com

This is off-topic for this off-topic post but a statistics professor of mine at Baruch was telling me about a game one of the faculty members was playing with the big sites and an IT/tech resume. He, like many of us, was under the assumption that success on these sites was fueled by keyword search hits only.

To test it, he used a pretty standard resume and profile and added one line to the resume to create an alternative resume. He added "No knowledge or understanding of Java" to the additional notes on the bottom of the document. The rest of the resume and the profile were word-for-word exactly the same.

For each site he tested, the test resume, admitting no knowledge or understanding of Java, received more calls and more e-mails for a wider range of positions than the resume that made no mention of the programming language.

It's been food for thought for me.

Well said. It's no different than ebay searches. At one time, I remember, looking for anything on ebay was a nightmare as the description would say, Item is A but not P, Q, R.....X, Y or Z. The sellers would intentionally put in all the tags so that it shows up even in searches it should not.
