Hi Everyone
I looked up through this forum which emphasizes on the proper mode of study,
lets assume that proper means effective and attracts less distraction.
I am a working professional with 4 years of experience, and thinking of GMAT since 2013.
Now when i am feeling the heat of getting plateaued , it is getting imperative
for me to think of an exit plan, and the GMAT is the biggest game changer
for working professionals.
However, i have been studying for 15 days now, and studying at office, home
but could not gain the momentum, i know many of other aspirants might be facing
this roadblock.
I study mostly at office in my night shifts on the desktop (windows based), but after a couple of hour or so
my eyes starts straining. I could not even look up to the system.
When at home, i have a mac-book, which has a good eye-friendly screen, but i cannot
study onto that with much ease of a windows based desktop,.
Given that most preparation based programmes (GMAT club,e-gmat,
magoosh are completely online,
so the preparation will involve a healthy hours of your daily time being before the screen.
When i a am lying on bed, i would scroll the gmatclub OG directory or would browse some other forum,
but here the issue is similar, i cant maintain an
error log on an iphone, besides the screen is too small.
So i decided to invest in a tablet which would support a stylus( i am yet to buy it) , the idea is to not waste time
and dont get thinking if i had this my studies would have been more effective.
Now i am thinking, may be getting a desktop computer with a bigger screen would be a good idea, as it
is highly user friendly and maintaining an
error log would be a breeze.
