Hi all
Does anyone start their day with a cold shower for performance reasons?
I've read it has several health benefits but I'm mostly interested in those associated with cognitive function.
Would love to hear your thoughts and/or experiences!

I usually take cold showers (almost cold) all the times, but most of the times during summer. Unfortunately, haven't seen any benefits so far...

I was considering starting my day with a cold shower before studying for gmat before work but now that we're going into winter here in South Africa I'm not so sure it's worth it. :D
