I took my GMAT on 20th December 2018. I scored 670 on the test. I accepted the score since I want to apply to round 2 and most application deadlines are in 1st week of January. However, I want to ensure that I am able to score 730 on my GMAT. If I cancel my current score, then is it possible that I can take another GMAT in the next 1 week? (as opposed to the GMAT rule of taking the GMAT once in 16 days)
Need to make the decision soon based on the information. Please help!

Welcome to GMATCLUB. I am afraid you cannot do that. You must wait for 16 day to re-take the GMAT irrespective of whether you accept or cancel the score.

You have to wait for 16 days even if you cancel or keep the score. I suggeat you utilise these 16 days working towards your weaknesses by analyzing the ESR. 670 is also a good score though. What colleges are you targeting? and what's the split?
