Meditation is not a cure!
It seems to me that you have to reduce stress-factors at first.
Maybe, get a wide view of your life, think about everything what happens to you, give up some things.
And only then use meditation to reduce stress.

Thanks Sonsony! I do meditation every day now (for 10 mins in the morning). Lets see where this will bring me)
